Art History: Kollwitz Drawings-Sharing_NeverForget

A Collection of probably one of my favorite artists and advocates of all time, Kathe Kollwitz

I found this set through ebay and although they're circa 1950 or so (there is no date to be found) this is the cover with 7 prints inside.

I love her work as its so compelling and so real. Very hard to look at, some of it knowing what it is she and her husband tried to do.

I prefer her drawings to what a camera could have taken then anytime. Of course I'm sure most of the people she drew didn't make it - i feel it in the drawings...

I don't have the titles so i put some on them
